What You Can Expect
When we schedule a time to meet or talk, it's all about getting to know each other and understanding what we both expect on your wedding day. This will ultimately help us determine if we're a good fit for each other.
I understand that you want a qualified photographer who you can feel confident and comfortable with. And I'm looking for a couple who wants a modern and casual wedding, with just a few traditional images. This day shouldn't be all about hours of posed photos with the photographer. It's about you, spending time with your loved ones, and creating beautiful memories. I promise not to steal the spotlight from you or the special moments of your day.
Once you've booked my services, we can schedule another meeting or discussion before the big day. This will allow us to confirm all the important details and discuss how you want us to capture the key moments. Sometimes plans change, and it's better if we're both on the same page.
On the day of the event, my team and I will arrive 30 minutes early and blend into the background. We'll be there to capture candid and meaningful moments without interfering with your special day. Trust me, I've seen some photographers take attention away from the moment...its suppose to be about the couple NOT the Photographer. 🙈🙊
Policies
Weather Policy
Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Initial deposit is non-refundable.
License Policy
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.
Credit will be given to the photographer. If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honour your request.
Extension Policy
The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply. Shoot may be extended with mutual consent.
Payment Policy
50% retainer due at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Payment may be made by e-transfer.
